[VS] Cirque Lonesome George vs Literary Lacquers Green Gables

Today I'm going to share with you a quick comparison between two lovely green linear holos I own: Literary Lacquers Green Gables and Cirque Lonesome George.
I've taken these photos last summer (It was last days of July, maybe?), after I've noticed that those shades was pretty close.

Oggi voglio mostrarvi una veloce comparazione tra due smalti olografici verde in mio possesso: Literary Lacquers Green Gables e Cirque Lonesome George. Ho scattato le foto la scorsa estate, dopo che m'era venuto il dubbio che fossero un po' troppo simili per i miei gusti.

As you can see since the first photo, they are close but they are not dupes. 
I can breathe easier!
Literary Lacquers Green Gables is a light green linear holo. It's a little bit sheer and it needs three coats for a perfect opaqueness.
Cirque Lonesome George is a meadow green linear holo. You'll need two coats for a good opacity. 
They share the same holo effect - a sharped holo arrow - and the same colour string - blue, yellow, red -, but the base colour is lighter on Green Gables and darker on Lonesome George.
If you are looking for a dupe, these shades couldn't be the right answer. I think you don't need having both, 'cause they are different by a matter of shade. The question should be "Am I a green lover?". If the answer is "Yes, I am!", there's nothing to discuss about. If the answer is "No, I'm not", or "I'm not a such lover", choose the shade you like the most and be happy with it.

Già dalla primissima foto appare chiaro che no, i due non sono dupe, pur essendo molto simili.

Literary Lacquers Green Gables è uno smalto olografico dall'effetto lineare di color verde erba. Occorrono tre passate per ottenere una buona copertura, ma c'è di buono che asciuga in fretta e non pesano.

Cirque Lonesome George è uno smalto olografico dall'effetto lineare color verde prato. Ve la cavate con due passate.

I due condividono lo stesso effetto lineare - a punta di freccia - e lo stessa sequenza di colori - blu, giallo, rosso - ma il colore di base è più chiaro in Green Gables e di un paio di toni più scuro in Lonesome George.

Non possono essere definiti dupe in nessuna maniera, ma se non siete amanti di tutte le sfumature del verde, vedendo le differenze potrete scegliere la sfumatura che più vi si addice. Che più sentite vostra. È a questo che servono le comparazioni, giusto?

My pal Ky asked for a comparison between Lonesome George and AEngland Dragon. I don't have Dragon (shame on me), but, at a glance, Dragon should be a swamp-y green (more brownish) and it has a scattered holo effect. I thought to add to this comparison a picture of EAngland Saint George too.  As you can see, Saint George is a scattered holo too and his base is a little bit darker (the darkest one); actualy, there's a hint of blue in Saint George, so it has a geen teal base. There's not dupe at all, ladies and gentleman. I can breathe much more easier now.

In un commento, Ky mi chiedeva se Lonesome George potesse in qualche modo essere simile a AEngland Dragon. Ora io non ho Dragon (e dovrò rimediare presto), ma a colpo d'occhio, Dragon è più un verde muschio (o verde palude), ossia ha una maggiore componente di rosso che gli regala una punta di marrone. E poi l'effetto è diffuso e non lineare. Giacché mi ci trovavo, ho aggiunto una foto di un verde olografico di AEngland in mio possesso, Saint George. Come potete vedere, Saint George vira addirittura sul teal (e a cnhe qui, c'è chi lo definisce come teal e chi, invece, lo etichetta come verde), e anche lui ha un efftto scattered. Quindi, neppure in questo caso si può parlare di dupe. Fiu...
